The ABEDiLi (Adult Basic Education Digital Literacy) project aims to strengthen the digital literacy of adult basic education instructors.
IO1 e-Pool resource bank

The first output of the project is the e-Pool, an electronic resource bank containing both digital and printable materials for basic skills coaching. The materials will be categorised according to themes, working methods and topics, and the classification will be refined as the project progresses. Once completed, the e-Pool will be published as an Open Educational Resource (OER) based on Google Educational Apps. E-Pool material bank:
provides carefully selected and high quality materials for basic skills training
takes into account information security
saves time and energy for trainers and teachers
is available 24/7 online
O2 Digital Educational Escape Room (DEER Digital Educational Escape Room)
The second output of the project is a digital educational escape room. It is an innovative training and teaching method designed and implemented using the results and material collected during the e-Pool material bank. IO3 Train the trainer
The third output of the project is training for trainers. The training was designed and developed in parallel with the Development of an Educational Escape Room Game (DEER), in order to incorporate the teaching and guidance methods that emerged from the development of the escape room into the training. The training for trainers also aims to support trainers who are new to the possibilities of digital materials. In addition to digital skills, the training will focus on collaboration, communication, creativity and critical thinking skills.
IO4 Handbook
The Handbook is the final output of the project, designed to guide the reader through the project’s arc and outputs. The Handbook provides information on how the outputs can be used and applied:
in adult learning organisations providing courses for skills development
in the day-to-day work of trainers of professionals in supporting the conceptualisation, preparation and design of training
in the preparation and delivery of basic skills training
in the work of other stakeholders who wish to:
a) adopt new digital methods in their work
(b) to introduce digital training escape room methods
